Statera Consulting LLC is a Florida based small business founded in 2016. Although a young company we have decades of experience in the payments industry. Our internal business experience includes the complete payment life cycle, from terminal (ATM/POS/Kiosk) to payment gateways and card issuer/service providers.

We are in the business of helping financial institutions, merchants and service providers convert ideas into end-to-end payment solutions. This is accomplished through understanding their unique market situation, accommodating current solution/design restrictions and strategizing the most effective solution for each individual client.

We noticed from the start that many organizations (when implementing new products or services) focus on the purchase of packaged solutions and although they look excellent on paper it does not necessary fit into the organizations existing infrastructure thus causing frustration, delays and even change in business function. Our philosophy is to make an accurate assessment of the current state, determine end state, and highlight the gaps between the two focusing on what existing technology/infrastructure is already in place. The idea is to use what is in place as much as possible to meet the client’s requirement. This makes integration more seamless, and the client already has experience with their system, which lessens training requirements.
